Manchester United overcame a very impressive Everton side in a game salvaged by the younger generations for United. The 2-0 win is a victory that cane when many felt United were going to drop points.
All thanks to Jose Mourinho tactical masterclass, United were comfortable all through the game and were never pegged behind in the encounter. Sublime strikes from Anthony Martial and Jesse Lingard ensured Manchester United returned to winning ways with a 2-0 victory at Everton.
Paul Pogba was the captain of the team for the game and he was also in a great form as he provided the assist for both goals. It is interesting to see Pogba lead the charge of the new generation of players United will be relying on more going forward.
Jesse Lingard, Marcos Rashford and Anthony Martial have all shown why they deserve a shot in the first team but have been struggling to cement a permanent place in the line up.
This has been a cause of many stories claiming a move might be in line for any of the trio. It is important to note that nothing concrete about the transfer the transfer story but it’s common sense for a player to want a move when he’s
not playing regularly.
Anthony Martial is the closest to seeking a move out of Old Traffird as the French man will want a place at the 2018 FIFA world cup and with the flurry of talents coming out of France, not getting enough match time might hinder his world cup hopes and aspirations.
United meanwhile will be losing a lot if he’s allowed to leave because he will definitely come back to hurt them in future as it’s a common situation in recent time.
Impressive talents like Rashford, Martial and Lingard are the kind of players that come from the moon and have extraordinary season which sometimes help shape the club. They all have to remain at United if the Glazer family are not willing to pay outrageous amount for players that started their main career at their club.
