Real will travel to face Valencia this weekend and a win is non negotiable for Real in this encounter. They are already fat behind league leaders, Barcelona and any more slip will push them further as they currently seat fourth on the La Liga table. The defending champion have not shown enough this season and they have to prove that to everyone when they face Valencia this Saturday. Zinedine Zidane will have to put out his best team.
Kyler Navas has been Real’s number one shot stopper this season and it doesn’t seem it will change till the end of the season. He is expected to be in goal for this encounter.
Sergio Ramos is out injured for this game and he will not be part of this encounter. Zidane will use Nacho as his replacement in the central of defence. Nacho will play alongside Raphael Varane and both are responsible for protecting the back line. Marcelo and Carvajal will keep their place at full backs and will have to do their job diligently well.
The three man midfield option Zidane has been using since he joined the club has been working. Casemiro at defensive midfield role has been the most consistent option there for Real. Luka Modric and Koni Kroos are both going to play in front of Casemiro and the trio are expected to be enough to see off Valencia.
The BBC is most likely to be favoured in this game. Gareth Bale and Karim Benzema is a good partnership that has helped Ronaldo thrive when he plays with both together. The BBC is always a deadly attack like every time they are out playing.
Predicted lineup: Navas, Carvajal, Varane, Nacho, Marcelo, Casemiro, Kroos, Modric, Bale, Ronaldo, Benzema.
